This is where we'll build an expensive water-tight facility to purify the (surprise!) imperfect drinking water that we found!

This is where we plan to rebuild the bridge immediately, without inviting the Citizens to have a full discussion of
the river valley and the many possible flood-prevention strategies.
Don't say we don't know how to spend your hard-earned tax dollars!
And if you're broke, don't worry... We'll just borrow from future generations!
